RETURNS – CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS / COMPLAINTS

● Send the returned products (The first return is free of charge – recipient’s charge) together with the completed return form that you will find in the package of your order.

● You have 14 calendar days from the day of receipt to make a return.
You have two return methods to choose from:

1. Drop off your package at one of our 250+ General Postal stores.
2. Ask your nearest General Post Office store to pick it up from your location.
Once we pick it up, we will immediately ship the new products you have selected or issue a refund (within 5-8 days).

● Expected Return Time 3-4 business days. Symbolic Surcharge Cost: 2.50€.
Any product must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

● The product together with its packaging and barcode labels must be returned in their original condition.

● We regret but mellio.gr, for health reasons, cannot accept change in products that have been tested and belong to the following product groups:
a) women’s briefs
b) women’s tops
c) men’s boxer briefs
(d) men’s boxer shorts; (d) men’s tops

● We are sorry but mellio.gr cannot accept change if the packaging has been opened in the following product groups:
a) tights
b) socks
Unfortunately, in case the above conditions are not met, mellio.gr does not accept to make a change and the customer receives the original order again and is charged with all shipping costs.

● Replacement Guarantee
All mellio.gr products meet strict quality criteria and are presented as objectively as possible. If one of the products you choose disappoints you because it does not match its presentation or presents a discrepancy in quality, you can request an immediate replacement with another of your choice!
In accordance with Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated in Greece by KYA 70330/2015, the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes through the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) procedure is now provided throughout the European Union. If the customer has the status of a consumer (i.e. a natural person acting outside his/her professional capacity) and has any problem with a purchase made from our Website, he/she can initiate the ADR procedure through the single pan-European platform for the electronic dispute resolution (EDR platform) available at https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage
